SwapHair (the "App") is built and operated by an independent iOS developer. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

Photos. When you generate a new hairstyle, your selfie is sent to our AI generation provider (BFL FLUX Kontext) over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. The photo is processed for the single purpose of generating your styled result.

Account data. We do not require an account. We do not store your name, email, or contact information.

Subscription data. Subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store and managed via RevenueCat. We receive an anonymous subscriber identifier so we can track entitlements. We never see your payment details.

Anonymous analytics. We track aggregate, non- identifying usage (number of generations, anonymous crash reports) to improve the app. You can opt out in Settings.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your photos.
• We do not use your photos to train AI models.
• We do not show third-party advertising.
• We do not share data with data brokers.

Photo retention

After a generation completes, the source photo is deleted from our generation provider's servers within 24 hours. Generated results are saved only to your device unless you choose to share them.

Your rights

You can delete all SwapHair data at any time by uninstalling the app. To request deletion of any anonymous data we may still hold, email support.
