Restore a purchase

In the app: Settings → Restore Purchases. Or sign out of and back into your Apple ID and reopen the app.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Settings (iOS) → tap your name → Subscriptions → SwapHair → Cancel.

Report a bug

Email support with your device model, iOS version, and a brief description. A screenshot helps too.
